If you are training, you want your workouts to be as close to natural motions you'd use in regular life activities as possible. These movements look like the opposite. Why would you ever open your arms that way with your hands behind your head?
Hard pass from me, you're way better off with dumbbells and a floor.
The idea here is hotel/travel workouts but it is suitcase heavy.
Just do SEAL PT until you master your body weight, then maybe add weights.
