Anyway, canned pink salmon is very similar to tuna nutritionally EXCEPT with much less mercury. Although anything with olive oil is a plus because of the high unsaturated fat (raises HDL, GOOD cholesterol) and low saturated fat (raises LDL, BAD cholesterol).
