Packaging/Delivery: Fine. The box and pieces all arrived and there wasn't damage to my order. It's light on the foam padding so I can see how it could be messed up. It all shipped within a couple days too.
Value: At $100 and under, I think this workbench is perfect for lightweight purposes. We 3d print, paint, craft, and have gardening tasks. This bench will handle the tools and materials just fine. I would not use this to permanently hold heavy duty equipment and large planks of wood or raw metal materials. At $200+, MSRP, I would say shop around and look at options. From what I saw, the low reviews were mainly due to damaged shipment and not the bench itself. I am very happy with the bench. Lots of nuts and bolts but it's not hard to put together at all.
