This seems to be the same one, extensive video.

tldr -
- 17,600-18,000mah actual capacity, measured at 5V (note that this is equivalent to ~24,300mah at 3.7V, which I believe is where the 50,000mah figure is measured at (3.7/5V)
-- Please correct me if I'm wrong on the above point

- Successfully charged everything he threw at it including a picky lenovo laptop
- 30W claimed in/out measured sustained ~25W output, less input.
- Safety cutoffs work fine

That said.. for $12 this seems like a fine deal even if it's half the 50k mah.
