Anecdotal, but I got this on the last deal for $400 and it was in really good condition. No scratches or other issues that I noticed.

The Switch 2 price will be increased from $450 to $500 by Nintendo on September 1 - the whole point with these recent deals is to get one and save some cash plus the $50 increase

Have you heard of AI? OLED Switch came out in 2021 for $349. It's 5 years later and Best Buy is selling it "on sale" for $280 LOL. Switch 2 will hit $400 in 2030

This Grade A refurbished Switch 2 bundle is landing in near new condition for most deliveries, with clean consoles, intact packaging, and the Mario Kart World code or license often already tied to the unit. The bundle stands out for pairing the console with a game many already wanted, and the 90 day warranty adds some reassurance. The main cautions are missing or redeemed game access on some units, occasional box damage, and rare screen defects like dead pixels. A solid value if you are comfortable checking the contents carefully on arrival.

Common Questions (5)

  • The console can arrive looking brand-new, with plastic packaging intact and no noticeable scratches, though the box may be beat up. A few units have had issues like dead pixels or a low battery, so it is worth inspecting the screen and hardware right away.

  • Some units include a scratch-off Mario Kart World card or a game already linked to the console, but others arrive with no separate code. The game may be tied to the unit after signing in, so check the box carefully and verify the console account before assuming it is missing.

  • The bundle has a 90-day warranty, and Nintendo may still show a one-year warranty if the previous owner never connected the device. If something is wrong, issues are often discovered within the first 30 days, and Woot has refunded buyers for missing or defective items.

  • Yes. Some negative-review reports mention redeemed digital codes, and at least one buyer received no separate code because the game was already tied to the console. That makes it important to test the bundle immediately after delivery.

  • Using the included HDMI cable can fix disconnecting Joy-Cons and third-party controllers. The issue is reportedly tied to not using an HDMI 2.1 Ultra HD cable, so swapping cables is a practical first troubleshooting step.

Just a warning, I considered this a while ago when everyone else sold out of the Mario Kart bundles. A good chunk of the negative reviews said the digital code for the game had already been redeemed. So I opted to just buy new instead.
Should of went with this. Called them as no game. They refunded me $120. Lol

Just adding a data point. Received the unit and it was pretty much brand new so the Grade A refurb grading is accurate. There is no game code and it is tied to the unit. It was available when I signed in. Overall with Capital One cash back I am at $330 for this which is great.

Double check your device fully. I just got my Switch 2 yesterday and it had a few dead pixels on the screen. I called Woot and ended up getting $140 back. Double checked with Nintendo and it turns out my device has a one year warranty through Nintendo because previous person never connected it. It is on its way to Nintendo right now and looks like they will either replace screen or the console itself. When in doubt check with Nintendo to see if it still has a warranty and can be repaired/replaced under warranty.
