No, it's why I went with Tapo vs Google or Amazon. Each camera has a microsd slot and you can stream directly from device either locally or over the internet.

I just set up three of the 2k versions of these, but those were quite a bit more expensive.

I normally buy these for $40 a piece with the solar panel included, not really a deal.

Get the 2K version instead. Pay a little more and get a hug too with a micro sd slot. This camera has the best human detection among all. I've setup an alarm on the hub in case anyone tries to approach our property between 2am to 5am. The alarm goes off inside the house (hub) and outside too, built into the camera. It's a really good deterrent.

I would like a hug. In all seriousness, how are these cameras' wake up time? I have Eufy solar cams, and it takes forever to load

You can get a subscription it's 20 bucks a month if you choose to have the AI assistant, which is in the learning phases now, but really cool. It will look for wild animals or tell you if your pets are in a certain area but without it you can still set up blackout areas or private zones and I use my camera. It's the 2K version of these instead of the 1080 P but I've never had to plug power into the solar cam keep some charged and they don't run out before days end so we have a pretty active place that we placed that camera too. They're great and you if you have the Deco mesh Wi-Fi as your router system from TP link it allows some additional safety measures and controls that you can lock them down to local only to where nobody can access them from the outside or you can set it for Geo fencing when you get home, they're locked out and no one can view them. Lots of different options. Really a great package for the price point. They have many other cameras in Stiles to choose from as well some very high-tech cameras that do 360 view they track you as you walk around and have spectacular night vision if you choose the right camera but they all pretty well. Have pretty good night vision my whole system at my home is set up with the typo camera system. We really like it. The subscription for 20 bucks a month gives you up to 10 cameras I think and again the $20 is the one that has the AI added. I think it's 1312 or $13 a month without it but like another person said in a comment it's not required because you can put SD cards in every device with SD cards. You don't need the subscription up to 512 gig SD cards if also if you have the Casa cameras, they're interchangeable they can operate together and it's one system anyway I hope this helps.
