Years ago, I used cables like this every day. Now days, USB-C wall chargers are common place and I use USB-C to USB-C cables for almost everything. I have a drawer full of USB-A to USB-C cables and I use one at most once a week. The "2.0" in the product title means that data speed for this cable is very slow and charging speed isn't fast either.

USB 2.0 doesn't mean anything for charging speed, it only refers to data transfer. Most USBC to C cables are USB 2.0, as the extra shielding and microchips required to exceed 2.0 speeds will cost more, and make the cable thicker for zero benefit to charging performance

You do not need more than USB 2.0 to get up to 240 watts over USBC, because the power is sent over 2 dedicated pairs of power wires. The USB A end is what limits power on these cables, as it only has a single pair of dedicated power wires.

It will still work fine for Qualcomm QuickCharge devices, as those don't care about the cable and will try to suck power through whatever you put between it and the charger.

USB A to C is still useful for people that travel as most airplanes have USB ports but they're the older USB A type. Never hurts to have extras, but this is WAY too many extras LOL
