When using these deal I just go in person hardly are movies ever filled at least in the mid west no fees this way. AMC giftory voucher on amc charges still not at box office

The Odyssey listing on my local Regal says "No passes". Would this work for it? And do I just show up with this and get in or does it require some sort of reservation?

It will work. These are not passes. Passes are typically the readmit passes they hand out when there are issues with a movie or something.

These are technically tickets I believe.

You will have to pay a surcharge if you use it for any premium formats (4DX, RPX, IMAX, 3D, etc.)

I always go for these, basically two for the price of one, but keep in mind this they STILL charge you fees/taxes upon redemption usually 2usd each ticket

I am not 100% certain, but I believe that the "no passes" applies to the first week or two. During this time, Premiere tickets are accepted but there is an additional $1.50 surcharge. That is on top of the "normal" surcharges... extra $ for 3D, Imax, RPX, 4DX, etc. as well as certain locations (ex Manhattan).
