The promo drops the price from $54.99 down to $32.99 and it comes with a holster right out of the box, which is great if you want to attach it to a belt. I don't have this specific model, but I do have a handful of their other flashlights (SC33, Q8 Plus, SC13, and H05B) and their LT1S lantern and have been very happy with them. One SC33 I bought as a gift for someone was DOA but their customer service replaced it without issue. The link should automatically apply the code but if it doesn't just enter RJTM99M2 at checkout.
