I have the 20kmah fan, its quiet enough, the fan is not that powerful but gets the job done. It does take awhile to fully charge but it does work the full 9hrs - decent fan/light combo - and i paid 2 dollars more

Yeah, I have a 20k mAh power bank and it takes forever to charge, heavy too. I prefer having multiple 10k power banks.
