Resin or wood will stand up a lot longer than these thin sheet metal sheds unless you reinforce it with some 2x4s, I think there's 6x8 resin at Sam's Club that also has metal reinforcement inside that is around $600 that was $1,000.

These work great when I need some time away from the kids. Just make sure and lock it from the outside.

I priced 6x4 sheds a few months ago and this is not a good deal. You can buy a nicer shed off home depot for the same price and you will get cashback and can usually get gift cards for 15% off. JS

Just assembled one of these (different "brand" and slightly larger, but same basic structure and materials). Some tips:

Don't buy this.
See 1.
Metal is very thin. Handle carefully or you will bend/dent it.
Metal is very sharp. You should wear gloves at all times. You will then get frustrated, remove your gloves, and get cut. Repeat.
On mine, there was a thin plastic film covering a few of the metal parts (the doors, the gables). Looks kinda like heavy saran wrap. This metal was even thinner than the rest. You have to peel this film off prior to assembly. Roll it up. It's tedious. Don't cut yourself (too much).
The included sheet metal screws strip easily if you apply too much torque. Start at the lowest setting your driver offers. The slightly thicker metal (the structural, galvanized stuff) can take a bit more torque.
When two pieces need to be screwed together in a particular order, the instructions will not always indicate this clearly. If a large predrilled hole laps a small predrilled hole, triple check you're putting the pieces together right: if so, make sure the screw goes thru the large hole first (the head will hold this connection together, albeit weakly).
You'll need a second person. Not all the time, but it's mandatory some of the time, and useful the rest.
You'll need a step ladder. Do not, under any circumstances, lean a ladder up against this shed.
You assembled the door correctly, or maybe you didn't. Either way it sticks and hangs open at the bottom.
You will need to anchor this. I made it easy by putting it on a small, concrete pad.
Full disclosure: got mine free from a neighbor who was too lazy to assemble it. Smart man. I plan to reinforce it structurally a bit (and add a floor) to see if i can get a few years out of it. Wouldn't build it from scratch again tho, even a free one.

I had almost this exact shed for 3 years and besides the dents I put in it because of moving items too large in and out it looked like new. No rust and it held up to a storm that moved it 1' over until my ground tether was pulled tight. I just gave it to a friend and upgraded to a 6'x8' for $240 off Amazon.

These sheds are great for the price and should last a very long time if you take care of them. Only exception I can think of is "maybe" if you live near the ocean the salt may cause rust on unpainted edges and scratched areas. The paint does seems decent though.

The PITA with these is that unwrapping the pieces from the plastic meant to protect them in shipping it's 50% of the work. Assembly is also a bit tedious due to the many small pieces for smaller shipping boxes. Overall I would say mine was like 8 hour assembly for one person but could have easily been 4 without the plastic wrap. A slightly better assembly method that 1000 tediously small screws and bolts would save another 1-2 hours. But for what you pay it's pretty decent once together.

Level the ground and add some pavers. Or probably a half yard of gravel and rent a compactor. Probably have it all done with the shed for $250 and a weekend. Not terrible imo, no idea how PITA putting this together would be tho. Probably need 2-3 people.

i'm going to see if i can add a wooden floor frame (sitting on top of gravel) for the base where i can anchor this 6x4 shed, reinforce the door frame and build a thin frame inside to hang light lawn care items from. maybe buy a box or two of higher quality rust-proof screws and fender washers to spread the load better and prevent the thin metal from tearing. it's going to double the cost but will be sturdier. around $300 for a somewhat lol sturdy 6x4 shed is an okay price in my opinion. i like taking something cheap and making it nicer.

i've got a smaller 5x3 shed with no floor (so it's structurally weak), with similar thin gauge sheet metal and it's lasted 4 years. the paint has worn, metal walls are dented, bent and beaten up by weather but somehow still standing without any type of modification/reinforcement. it'll be fun to see if i can make this larger 6x4 shed much nicer.

Do not buy a metal shed that comes with this many pieces. It's simply not worth the extreme frustration, time, effort, and inevitable cuts and bends.
