Ive bought a few flavors of this and it seems the calories for 30 grams of protein seems higher than other forms of protein.

Triple zero yogurt for example for 30 grams of protein would be like 120 ish calories while this is 180

They must add a bunch of whatever. Also the scoop is huge compared to my other protein powders
