I have 3 of these. I only use them for carpet so I can't say anything on the mop feature. They're 2 in 1 but not at the same time. It requires a special pad for mop that has to be clipped on. It vacuums well but the big issue is the app and ai. It will ignore your no go zones and if you have carpeted stairs, you'll be singing third eye blind songs every time it runs, and will have to move it manually. Besides that, these are great. They don't suck up my cat toys, clean the room, and have only spread cat vomit around my room twice.
