Google AI Pro for students is a strong value at $4.99 a month, bundling Gemini access with 5 TB of Google Drive storage and YouTube Premium Lite, with some accounts also showing Gemini Health Coach. The promo has been claimed through Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Gemini, though the claim flow can be finicky and sometimes redirects to the normal manage plans page or full price. The offer also appears to recur after a prior trial ends, and some accounts needed extra verification beyond the .edu email. It is a useful bundle if you want the storage and paid Gemini features together.
The promo can include Gemini access plus 5TB Google Drive storage and Gemini Health Coach benefits.
The $4.99 plus tax charge can match the advertised student pricing after claiming the offer.
The deal can be claimable on Android by opening Google Drive and using the Plus button.
The offer can recur after a prior promo ends, making it possible to catch again later.
The claim flow can redirect to manage plans and prevent actually claiming the subscription.
The promotional $4.99 price can disappear during redemption and be replaced by the full price.
The offer banner can trigger extra verification beyond just a .edu email address.
Gemini paid usage may be less compelling for some workflows because file attachments can fail with errors.

Great deal when it's $5 per month, greedy ripoff when it's $20 per month
