The 10 gallon metal one is on sale also. I think this is a decent deal.

Based on the above, I'd pay the extra 20 dollars on the dewalt for a more rugged setup, likely no chance of crushing under suction, and the extra hoses this comes with.
I got this after making a diy one out of 3d printed pla. It's worth the money, but you have to put up with everyone being like "why does this exist and cost that much"
For me it's just the ease of getting the lid off to dump it that justifies the cost. It is incredibly effective at saving your filters.

Darn I just ordered this one because I was afraid the 5 gallon buckets would crush. Does this also have a history of crushing?

For me it's just the ease of getting the lid off to dump it that justifies the cost. It is incredibly effective at saving your filters.

I just can't imaging having two clunky bulky wheeled containers, cord, hoses, to manage in a shop.
