This monitor is ultra wide 1440p, not 4k.
This monitor has HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.2a (this is a monumental flaw for many potential buyers; further explanation below).
To run this monitor uncompressed at 5120 x 1440 in 10bit color @144hz (the monitors limit) it requires 31.85gbps (plus overhead).
DP 1.2a is limited to 21.6gbps.
HDMI 2.0 is limited to 18gbps.
You will be forced to pick and choose which of the maximums you want, the monitors input ports cannot run the screen at all its max settings at the same time. And again, its NOT 4k.

Sadly, many monitors today skimp on the port inside the monitor where the cable plugs in, and that becomes a significant limiting factor. In most setups, your video card will be able to push 80gbps, the cable you buy will be able to push 80gbps, and the monitor input port will be limited at 21gbps, or 32gbps. It's a genuine sham that is unbelievably prolific in the monitor industry right now. For some users and in some cases DSC (compression) can fill the gap, and in other cases it can't. If you are a game that plays full screen, it will add a re-handshaking period where your screen will turn black for 5-10 seconds whenever you alt tab, or exit the game etc; as a consequence of utilizing DSC.
HDMI 2.0 (the HDMI port on this monitor cannot use DSC).
DP 1.2a (the display port on this monitor cannot use DSC).
The actual limitation of this monitor is more like 5120x1440 @60hz in 10bit.
Even 5120x1440 @144hz in 8bit 4:4:4 color neither monitor input can handle the data stream, and it simply won't work these settings require 25.48 Gbps ignoring overhead requirements.

I find it very much worth it for this price. Unless you're rocking a 5090 card, you're not going to max this out on a single super ultra wide game.
Underrated too is the fact you can split it between inputs to create two normal 1440p screens. This may also be limited to 120hz, again, totally fine.
Stupid Sam's Club has the specs wrong. This actually has HDMI 2.1 (about 48gbps) and DP 1.4a (about 32gbps) so both ports should be fine.
