Cascade Platinum dishwasher pods are landing at a strong per pod price here, with the 3 pack working out around 20 cents each and beating typical major store pricing. The pods are described as effective for cleaning, with testing references putting pods ahead of liquid and powder formats. The main catch is coupon math, since the $15 off $75 and the 20 percent offer do not stack cleanly and may not apply as expected. It is a solid bulk buy if the checkout discounts line up and the quantity fits your household.

  • The 3-pack pricing works out to about 20.6 cents per pod, which undercuts typical major-store pricing.

  • Checkout math under Subscribe & Save can land near the target price when the P&G 20% off and S&S discounts apply.

  • A reported 3-for-$41 purchase price beats Costco and BJ's per-pod pricing on their best sales.

  • The deal can still be worthwhile when coupon offers convert into Amazon credits after purchase.

  • The $15 off $75+ discount does not apply when buying only three items, requiring additional eligible items.

  • The 20% coupon and the $15 off $75 offer may not stack, and adding more items can reduce the 20% discount.

  • The 15 off 75 coupon may appear non-functional at checkout and instead becomes Amazon credit after purchase.

  • The advertised 20% off 3 may fail to apply to the items during checkout, leading to a higher final price.

How in the world is anyone getting to $41? I'm seeing 60 - 12(coupon) - 3(s&s) >> $45

I think it's whether you get 5% or 15% S&S. With 15% mine is:
  • Items (3): $59.94
  • Shipping & handling: $0.00
  • P&G 20% Off: -$11.99
  • Subscribe & Save: -$8.99
  • Estimated tax to be collected: $2.34
  • Total: $41.30

I'm tempted, but I have a little left so I will hold out for the platinum plus - absolute best detergent I've ever used.

That's a smoking deal.

.164 per pack.

Costco is .305 per pack.

I just don't think I need 213. It would take me years to use all these
would take me 213 days.

The 15 off 75 seems to be dead as a coupon, but shows up as an Amazon credit after purchase.
The 20% off 3 though it shows on the page is not applying to any of the items at this time.
The $4 off one and $9 off S&S coupon are sticking making the price to $47 with $15 back in Amazon credits which is still a good deal if you make use of the credits.
Amazon seems to be playing with coupon application for these P&G products. Sometimes it works in your favor, other times it may not.

So.... Mine says I qualify for the $15 off and it will be credited 30 days after shipping. Not sure I've seen that before. So it's not subtracted from the total. Kinda weird.

According to Consumer Reports the #1 rated is the Up & Up (Target) Ultimate Dishwasher Packs. Well ahead of any powder or gel. Wirecutter testing confirms powder is inferior.
Interesting, I did not know that. I will try them when I run out of what I have, thanks!
