I'd still need this to hit $80. it goes through a 4ah battery in 12 minutes or less
Tend to agree. I've used one extensively for 4 years, and I have about 10 batteries. It is good tool for spot work, but not for full on cutting and sanding projects. Unless I need the weather sealing, I almost always leave the battery door open. The batteries come off this thing too hot to charge. You have to let them rest for 15-30 minutes.
HEPA is very nice to have. Suction level is high enough that I can run mine with a separator on a cart. That comes at the trade off of requiring heaps of electrons. Wish it was dual battery/ corded.
I have had this unit for years. My only wish is that it would come with wheels, so I can roll it around the garage. It's light enough to move about when I need it. I do like it has a HEPA filter which is washable.

it was $80 2-3 years ago on sale at lowes and came with a battery. they had a couple of tools for that price on an offer that was not supposed to stack. set up my alert on slick deals so i wouldnt miss it again. one can hope. until then i got the rigid 2 gallon vacuum and is surprisingly good for what i need, mainly car and stroller, fish tank stuff.

Mine has holes in the bottom that office chair wheels fit in. Unless they changed the design you can probably throw some on it.
It was 7/30/2022 Lowes had it with the 4ah battery kit for $79. It's definitely under 15 minutes on the 4ah battery. I finally got the 8ah & 12 ah battery when there was a sale plus BOGO deal. The 12ah is too heavy so I've been using the 8ah battery since about 2 years ago. The vacuum is great for spot cleaning and ashes from the pellet grill.
I didn't know there are holes at the bottom where we can plug wheels on it. Thank you for letting us know!

I use the heck out of mine. Favorite battery vacuum. 8ah lasts a while but running a sander with it is a tall order. Clips on to all my centec stuff natively too which omg what a beautiful idea.
This thing keeps up with my table saw with a separator which is kinda nuts.
I get that this is a decent deal (in 2026) but for me personally—especially as I don't have any 8Ah batteries—the BOGO deal at Lowe's is still currently more appealing (8Ah Expert battery, charger, tool for $199. This vacuum is obviously one of the tool options.)
