NUMWORKS are still much better (and approved for ACT/SAT/AP). As a science teacher, I need the kids to understand exponential notation. TI refuses to use ten-raised-exponents. Instead they have used "E" (eg 6.022E23). Now I have kids that don't even know what "E" means. They'll even read the numbers are "three.point.two"EE"nine" and have no idea what the number actually is. Please check out NUMWORKS before you buy another graphing calculator.

Not to be that person, but its been like this for 20yrs+.

Can't you work with the math teachers to explain this? I figured it out when using ti83 back in the day.

Seems very minimal in an age where information is so plentiful. Heck make a TikTok explaining it

Just fyi, many engineering equations use E as 10 base exponential for probability. It maybe student issue for not understanding E means 10^.
