I bought Creality Soleyin twice (to see if the first product was just a fluke). I will never again spend money on Creality filament.

Their Hyper PLA is very good filament. Their Soleyin may be the worst PLA or any filament that I've ever used and I have close to 400 rolls of various PLA at home.

Somehow has the qualities of poor 1st layer adhesion, but also when it does work it is the most difficult PLA to remove from the bed. If you have brims good farking luck, you'll need a scraper.

This is the ONLY filament I've ever come back to my Bambu printer and seen some horrible abomination from a clogged hotend.

It actually jammed one of my hotends so bad I haven't been able to use it again. If I ever print with this stuff I immediately purge and clear it with any other PLA filament when the print is done.

Same. I set them as Bambu PLA, and my prints are coming out great. I actually just bought 10 more from their tiktok shop. The same price, but they had more variety there. I was able to add in some TPU and additional colors that were refills. The coupons and deals there are kind of funky and hard to nail down, so I didn't bother posting it, but maybe check it out if you have the tiktok app installed.

I was also able to get the Sunlu splicer from their official store for $19.

This isn't soleyin, though. I bought 10 spools of this recently and it has been fantastic in my P2S. Better than whatever cheap shit Amazon offers for slightly more.

Hyper PLA is fine. Soyelin works in single color long continuous layers. Small detailed prints don't adhere well. I've demoted it to use only with prototypes.

Creality makes the worst filament. Only brand with constant issues.

I ran into same bed adhesion issues. I also had issues with using it in multi colored prints. Pieces just fell out of place, refusing to stick to other filaments. I have successfully used it in larger, single color prints but once my rolls are done I'm staying away from Soleyin.

I had hyper pla roll from my K1 max and I did not have any issues with it. That I would purchase again if the price was right.
