That's a pass for me.
Novelty items that attempt to combine two different products rarely make either of the inclusions a good experience for the user. Buy one or two well reviewed Bluetooth speakers. Buy well reviewed lamps/portable/outdoor lighting. Let those products be good at that thing. Buying these at $60 is asking for low quality of both.
The more functions it has, the more chance for disappointment. If a speaker stops working on one, you have a mediocre $30 lamp that can't be paired with the other for any real purpose. If a light stops working, you have a mediocre speaker in an inconvenient and unnecessary form factor.
These types of products are fun to think about but rarely offer a versatile usage experience. Just ask all the folks who have invested in Bluetooth speaker shower heads how much they enjoy actually using the the speaker OR the shower head after a year or two.
