I personally won't get this even at this price...first off if you have dark hair, this won't work well...even if this somewhat works, it will not give you the results you are expecting....got an expensive one made by Philips that was highly rated for over $250 on sale here on SD that didn't work even after many settings so gave up..my 2 cents

What if you have dark thin hair, will it work then? Or just any dark hair we're screwed?

This is IPL, not laser!!!!! IPL uses a scattered, multi-wavelength band of visible light (like a standard flashlamp); lasers use a single, focused, and coherent wavelength.

IPL might have some limited benefits for bad skin, if you go for the clinical strength machines, not home units.... but it is practically useless for hair removal regardless.

Save your money, get a cheap 3 time visit voucher on Groupon for real laser hair removal instead.

Again, IPL is not laser!
