I would say this is just meh. The price isn't that provocative for a 75" mid range TV like this. I like IPS panels and LG is good for putting those in their tvs, but I can't find any info on what this is. It has no analog inputs that I can tell except for coax. This has 120hz vrr which is nice for gaming. I have an older LG TV that I'm happy with. I would not use the built in webos. I would maybe connect to the Internet once with it to update the firmware, and then disconnect to use it as a dumb tv.

Wait a few weeks for the TCL to drop a little more. Web OS on the LG is kinda meh, but some people like Meh. LG is a good brand but TCL is just KO'ing them on bang for the buck. Longevity in TVs no longer really matters; they are constantly evolving and are relatively cheap if you don't go crazy.
