It doesnt support charging pass through, so you always have to choose between recharging your bank or powering a device. And it often and randomly won't actually charge when plugged in to a good charger - it'll just blink 00 until you unplug, wait for the LED to fade away, and try replugging. Gotten burned multiple times when I plugged it in expecting to charge and it didn't.
There are better battery banks that don't require babysitting at this price point.
Community Reviews
This Baseus 67W 10,000mAh power bank stands out as a compact emergency laptop charger with built in cables and enough output for short top ups. The brand gets credit for sturdier build quality than mystery brands, and the 12V support makes it more useful for compatible devices. Real world use suggests it can recharge at around 65W and pass through charging may work after replugging. The main limits are the small capacity, brief laptop runtime, and reports that pass through is inconsistent or absent on some versions. It is best suited to quick rescue charging rather than all day laptop power.
Common Questions (5)
Baseus is generally trusted more than mystery brands and is considered better than similarly priced pop-up brands, but the 10,000mAh model is not the smallest or lightest. It is a reasonable pick if you want a known brand and built-in cables, but there are larger-capacity alternatives for only a bit more.
It can support pass-through charging on the newer revision page, but the charging symbol may disappear until you replug it. Keeping the lightning-bolt indicator on appears to be the key to making pass-through work reliably.
It is best for a short emergency boost, not long runtime. Expect roughly 10-30 minutes depending on laptop efficiency, with about 30 minutes possible on an ARM or very efficient x86 laptop doing light work.
67W is most useful if your device can actually take that input and you only need a small 10,000mAh top-up. For many shoppers, a 20,000mAh 140W option is only a little more expensive, so the 10,000mAh model makes sense mainly for compact emergency use or devices that benefit from 12V/PPS.
It may require babysitting: one report says it sometimes blinks "00" and refuses to charge until unplugged and replugged. Another report says charging works normally once the indicator stays on, so the unit may be sensitive to connection state.

I go with INIU P63-E1 myself. But I also have a Blade and an Anker 737.
Only the INIU had a 3 year warranty too.
If you have an ARM or very current x86 laptop with just one browser running, it might give you 30 minutes.
It's a phone charger that can jump your laptop for an emergency task.
