It doesnt support charging pass through, so you always have to choose between recharging your bank or powering a device. And it often and randomly won't actually charge when plugged in to a good charger - it'll just blink 00 until you unplug, wait for the LED to fade away, and try replugging. Gotten burned multiple times when I plugged it in expecting to charge and it didn't.
There are better battery banks that don't require babysitting at this price point.

This Baseus 67W 10,000mAh power bank stands out as a compact emergency laptop charger with built in cables and enough output for short top ups. The brand gets credit for sturdier build quality than mystery brands, and the 12V support makes it more useful for compatible devices. Real world use suggests it can recharge at around 65W and pass through charging may work after replugging. The main limits are the small capacity, brief laptop runtime, and reports that pass through is inconsistent or absent on some versions. It is best suited to quick rescue charging rather than all day laptop power.
The pass-through function can work after re-plugging, allowing simultaneous charging behavior in some cases.
The power bank can deliver 12V output, which can improve value for compatible devices.
The charging curve reportedly ramps up near 65W, then tapers gradually while charging a device.
Baseus power products are trusted more than mystery brands, even though the units are not the lightest options.
The power bank lacks charging pass-through and may require repeated replugging when a good charger is used.
The power bank may only provide brief laptop runtime, making it suitable for emergency jump charging rather than sustained use.
The 67W rating may not be worthwhile with only 10,000mAh capacity for laptop charging expectations.
Baseus products can be hit or miss, including charging stations that stop charging when a second device is added.

Only great if you have a device that really needs 10k mAh and can use 67W.
It does do 12V, which indicates possibly doing PPS. Either way, 12V makes it a better deal if you have stuff that uses that.
Unfortunately I'm banned from buying more portable chargers. I tried a loophole buying an Amazon pallet and the women in my life put me in the doghouse for that.
If you have an ARM or very current x86 laptop with just one browser running, it might give you 30 minutes.
It's a phone charger that can jump your laptop for an emergency task.
This looks like a new revision page, so maybe you have an old version?

also, it did take A little under 2 hrs to charge from 25% to 100%. after it hit 100% charge it still drew about 12-14w while plugged in to maintain a charge. so it didnt immediately hit 100% then stop recharging.
