1. Sign up or log in to past account to register by Sept 7. There you will select either 5K or 10K to be run on any day between Sep 21-27. UPDATE: only 10K available now
2. Upload your results by Sep 27th.
3. You will receive your participant pack in the mail shipped free within 45days.
