Even though I know I don't need this, it's very tempting.

Heard so much about driver issue. Has that been fixed? If not, then it may never get fixed as EPOS shut down.

I had to use an earlier driver to make it work. Came from epso themselves. This was 2 years ago. It sounded so bad I gave up. If I remember correctly it was version 2.0.2. One major revisions before current.

Between the micro usb connector and the reviews complaining about software issues, this one is a pass, even though it sounds like the hardware is good for low impedance gaming headsets. It's a shame, since I actually wanted to pair this with my Sennheiser EPOS headphones.

First thing I saw was "external sound card for twenty bucks" and I immediately thought it must be junk.

Then I saw "EPOS" and thought this might be an underrated gem.

Finally, I read up on this thing and realized this is probably a prime example of why EPOS is no longer in business.

I never knew this existed and after educating myself now I know why.

I'm sure it sucks, but I just want an external volume knob. Will this work simply as that???

Bought my first soundblaster in 1991. Had several throughout the years. Those were the days when computer swap meets/shows were a thing in the bay area back in the 90's.
