I bit the last time I saw this. I had just bought a viofo for the family car for 200. And then bought this for my daily driver. I will say it was pretty easy to install and came with a microSD card. I've had it installed for about two weeks and it seems to work well enough. I get the beeps and video lock notice because I drive like a maniac. Just kidding but it does seem sensitive. If you hit a pothole or take a turn too sharp it will save that event and lock that video. All in all, I think this is a pretty good little system for $40.

I've got this cam. You've been operating it for 2 weeks and bothered by the sensitivity of the event lock, yet never went into settings to lower the sensitivity settng? The cam has 10 different levels of sensitivity for impact/jarring, with the first one being "Off".

Good tip! I'll have to check out those settings.

How do you install it? Everyone I called wants $375 to install!

Mine doesn't turn when I turn my car on. I have to unplug it and replug or press the power button. It's annoying. Woot gave me a refund. I would say skip it.
