I am happy they run this sale frequently, gallon size great for leftovers and packing odds and ends. They are not as good as some of the name brand but they get the job done at significantly less money and I don't mind the quality difference for volume.

Gallon zipper ones are fine but the slider on the slider bags are horribly unreliable.

Nope, Walgreens' house brand. Regular and freezer.

The zippers usually refuse to seal or outright fail, and the plastic is thinner than Glad or Hefty, with tears and punctures routinely.

I guess my standards are not the norm.

I just used a bunch of gallon ones packing various kitchen and bathroom liquids for shipping. For one-time uses, these were real handy and cheaper than the expensive ones for food. Also good for storing pet food for trips. No way I can get 60 for under $2.50 anywhere else.
