This is a great PC controller for the price. I got one a month or so ago and really like it. I slightly prefer it to the GameSir Nova Lite, but they're very similar. This controller shows up as XInput by default (I have some issues using XInput in Bluetooth mode with the GameSir, so it shows up as a PS4 controller). I use Bluetooth mode, even though the dongle probably has lower latency. It hasn't been an issue, and Bluetooth is more convenient.

The is THE controller I keep coming back to. Buying, trying, and returning dozens of controllers ranging from $50 to $150, this $25 controller stood out as not only the best value, but flat-out best controller.

I just received the translucent black model last night, purchased from AE for $18 ("coin" page of the app) 2-3 weeks ago. It is actually pretty awesome, was playing a drone simulator off my Chromebook connected via BT and also emulating Mario Kart 8 on my Windows laptop ('identifies' as a Xbox Controller on the PC, forgot to check on the Chromebook how it identifies there). (Literally) Switches seamlessly between dongle and BT via a toggle switch on the back. The little extra shoulder buttons seem silly to me though, so small and out of the way. I would prefer back buttons. I guess they might be good for programming to macros / combos / system functions since they are so out of the way. Haven't tried the software to program. I think by default they are setup at extra shoulder buttons.

-Controller is super compact which may be a plus or minus depending on the person
-Rumble during PC emulation feels perfect, OEM-ish compared to the Switch in Mario Kart. Some BT controllers are way too aggressive on rumble to the point it is not something I think anyone would actually want to use.
-Analogs sticks and analog triggers feel good. Sticks especially. Analog triggers have a veryshort 'throw' or range so unless you had really fine motor skills, not sure most people could utilize that aspect beyond just full / some / no input. At least I wouldn't be able to 'feather' a throttle in a racing game (for example). Controller is so compact I'm not sure they could have done better and more throw would have made action games less responsive. For my use case I can't complain because I only care about full pull / soft pull / off when mapping to Steam Input
-Retail packaging with all accessories.

Just got one, does anyone know the difference between wireless and Bluetooth version?

If I'm planning to use for both pc and switch is this still a good buy?

The windows version does wireless (via dongle) and BT that (literally) can be changed via a switch on the back, It has has the xbox button layout and analog triggers. The BT only version is the Switch layout and has digital triggers (on / off, no incremental input). I think you can make the Switch ("BT" which I assume you are referring to) identify itself as an Xbox controller for PC and Android use, but it still would have the Switch button physical layout, just the controller would swap those inputs. Could also be used as a Switch controller as well via PC (not sure if android could cope with that though). Switch mode would work better (I'm assuming) for gyro if you were using Steam input.

I believe all of the above should work wired as well. No idea if the Windows version can identify itself as a Switch controller.

TLDR: If you wanted something for PC and Switch use, likely buy the non-Windows version, -not this one-. Would be a safer bet to ensure no issues with either platform. My use case is Windows / Android only so I went with this style.

Thanks so much for the info, since I already got one I'll see if it works with the switch and if not I can always return it.
