What kind of soup was it? If you find that you have some of those "hundreds of cans" left as the expiration approaches, consider donating them to a food pantry before they expire.

Thanks I grabbed 5, beats the trip to the store.
With inflation nowadays 20 grams of protein for $1-$2 is a great deal.
I don't always have time to cook and this can help get me by.

I don't think so, checking ingredients I see "soy protein concentrate"


Also.. the benefit from soy protein is far lower than animal protein. Pea protein is like %10 as effective as whey isolate.

Anyhow.. if you like this soup, go for it. that's my take on the deal
