Stuff like this is not for the general homeowner needing a tire inflator pressure gauge, if it shows down to the thousandths of a psi of pressure reading then this is definitely for precision applications and I'd expect it to cost a lot more, much like you'd expect a Mitutoyo micrometer to cost more than the cheapo at harbor freight.

I agree, most of these precision tools come with calibration certificates, plus can be recalibrated when required.

If the company using this tool is ISO9001 compliant, it must demonstrate that the tools used to measure anything that may impact the quality of the product are calibrated and have a recalibration system in place to make sure all measuring tools are compliant and accurate.

These are not for the homeowner by any means.

These are bought by industry when the specifications demand this amount of precision not for general purpose use.

Always funny to see precision scientific/industrial equipment on SD. Odds are good you're not deal hunting if you actually need this, like for work. As somebody who has used these and worked as a metrologist who can calibrate them, some notes:

These are expensive because they're rated for high accuracy and have calibration documentation to prove it. Now, on the other hand, can you calibrate a cheap gauge into comparable accuracy? Yes, but if you have the higher accuracy standard and labor to prove it, the cost is probably not still a factor in the same way. Same thing with Thermopop and the thermometers they sell, though that's a price and complexity tier cheaper. If you want a simple gauge, you're also not interested in the manual, etc that you get with these. Pressure transducers usually hold calibration well, but the expensive gauges hold it much better. You're getting a gauge like this because you want calibration features, memory or communications, and certifications. Not to check your tire pressure.
