Philips Sonicare W3 Premium White replacement heads are showing clearance pricing in some Sam's Club locations, with the deal landing as low as $14.91 and other locations seeing higher prices or no pickup availability. The heads are the whitening style with medium, firmer bristles, and the larger head size is a common drawback for cleaning feel. Pricing appears to vary by store and may already include the instant savings. A practical option if the local clearance price is there and the fit suits your brush.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes. The same item shows different prices depending on the store/zip and fulfillment method, including $14.91 clearance, $19.91 after the $10 discount, $24.91 with instant savings already included, $35.91, and even $54.98 in some views. Shipping can also show a higher price than store pickup.

  • They are marketed as medium bristles, especially for whitening, but Sonicare brush heads are still considered soft by ADA definition. The medium label reflects a firmer feel within the soft-bristle category.

  • Yes, free store pickup can show even without Plus membership on eligible items. The checkout flow may display the membership wording, but the pickup option can still be free.

  • Yes. The W3 heads are reported to be much larger than DiamondClean heads and may not clean as well for some users. That size difference is the main reason some prefer DiamondClean.

  • Yes. A comparable 12-pack on Amazon is listed at about $10, and some users say generic heads can cost around $1 each or less. That makes the Philips pack less compelling if compatibility is the main goal.

That $24.91 appears to be already INCLUDING the instant savings.

I already mentioned in the post that stores will have different clearance prices. If you check the zips of the stores I provided you will see $14.91.

$19.91 for me (after $10 discount) for zip code 16001.

Was also free store pickup (even though I don't have "Plus" membership). Says: Now free with your membership on eligible items.

Anyone familiar with the inventory accuracy? I purchased 3 for store pickup. As their online inventory goes, I purchased 3 and now it shows 0. Do they have a buffer of some sort that gives them a reasonable chance of picking the on-line order before in-store customers get them? For example, I purchased 3, but might they allow a buffer and there really be 10 in stock?

When I open this link, it's 35.91$ for me! So it's definitely not $65

These are medium bristles, not soft bristles. Probably why they haven't sold.

All Sonicare brush heads have soft bristles as defined by the ADA, some are advertised as medium (generally the whitening brush heads) because they are on the firmer end of that spectrum
