This Member's Mark 4 burner propane griddle is a strong value for backyard cooking, especially burgers, smashburgers, breakfasts, stir fry, and steaks. It heats quickly and evenly, and the grease drawer with foil liner is a standout cleanup feature. The metal side shelves fold up as the cover, which is soft rather than hard, and the unit feels sturdy overall. The main tradeoff is upkeep, since seasoning and regular oiling matter, and the shelves and cover feel flimsy to some. A practical pick for group cooking if you do not mind maintenance.
Common Questions (6)
It heats up quickly and evenly, and it has worked well for smashburgers, breakfasts, stir-fry, steaks, and burgers. Owners also describe it as reliable over months or years with no major issues when maintained properly.
At about $147.91 shipped, many consider it a strong value for a 4-burner 48,000 BTU griddle with cover. The price is especially attractive compared with buying a separate cart or similar add-ons, though local pickup has been seen for less.
It includes a soft cover, not a hard lid. The metal side shelves fold up to cover the top, and the soft cover goes over that for storage.
It needs regular seasoning and oiling to avoid rust, and some owners consider it a high-maintenance item. Using seasoning oil, scraping after cooking, steaming off residue with water, and wiping it down helps keep it ready for the next use.
Yes. It uses a pull-out grease drawer that fits a foil liner, which makes cleanup easier and is viewed as a better setup than some competing griddles' grease-trap locations.
It can be a pain to clean after cooking, especially for solo meals, so it is better suited to cooking for groups. The large flat-top format makes cleanup more involved than a smaller grill.

For those who want to know, which should be everyone, that is the answer. It's in the pictures when you scroll down.
Before the snark hits:
No, I was not "expecting" it to have a hard cover at this price. But the title certainly gave me hope.
The pics included here did not determine otherwise. So this might just save someone from clicking to find out.
Thumbs up for this deal.
