4% daily value for 1tbsp... which I feel like people put at least two per taco... eat 4 tacos that's 32% for just the sauce. Hitting double that for one meal isn't great. It's maybe a "normal" amount for some sauces but normal isn't great for this type of sauce that people will generally use a lot of for one meal. I'm not a health nut or anything but once I cut my sodium levels down it was crazy how much is helped in feeling better. I'd recommend looking up how much havoc a high sodium diet does to people, I feel like it's a criminally overlooked ingredient.
