This PlayStation Store eGift Card deal delivered the best results when the promo code and checkout fee lined up, with totals around $82 to $82.20 instead of the listed $87. The card redeemed cleanly and worked for purchases like a GTA preorder. The main snag was the discount code, which often failed with a cart error or showed the card as out of stock, and some checkouts still landed near $87 or higher because of service fees. A useful bargain when the lower fee appears.
Common Questions (4)
The code can fail at checkout with the message that items in the cart cannot be purchased with a discount. Some buyers still got it to apply briefly or later by using a private browser tab and not signing in, but others saw the offer revert or the card show as out of stock.
Using a private tab, switching browsers, or trying a different ZIP code can reduce the total to around $82. Reported examples include Chrome on iPhone, a Missouri ZIP, and Portland ZIP, while some states still showed about $87.
The total can drop when the checkout service fee is lower, which some buyers got by opening the site in a private tab or using a different browser. Reported totals include about $81.90-$82.19 instead of roughly $87.
Yes, the card can be redeemed normally after purchase, and one buyer also used it for a GTA preorder without issues. That suggests the digital delivery and redemption flow works once the checkout goes through.
