I have one of this exact brand/model. The magnetic force is fairly strong for the size. I'm happy with it. Will save your 10mm socket many times.

In order to "save your 10mm sockets" it first needss to have a 10mm socket locator built into it. 10mm sockets often disappear into an entirely different dimension.

Now on a serious note, I have this same magnetic pickup tool. It has paid for itself many times over in retreiving so many small sockets, nuts, bolts, washers, and variety of metallic items over the approx 10 years that I've owned it. Picks up stronger than my old long skinny Craftsman pickup tool.

At this time of my life, I believe the 10mm sockets are alien creatures that they can find cracks and lunge themselves that I could never find it, at least one refused to be found a long time ago and I can't wait the time I could dismantle the entire top section and exhaust shields.

To people thinking harbor freight deals are better is a joke. They pick up 2 to 5 lbs Max and they barely do that. This lifts an amazing 25 lbs that's crazy for this price.
