Can carry a water bottle, all your gadgets, wallets, snacks, etc. I used it once last season on a ski day. Worked well compared to a backpack since it's smaller, and it's easier to access things from the front.

It's really good for day to day small items you don't want in a pocket. The satchel style makes it easy to grab from your side as opposed to a sling bag you have to bring to the front.
