I have this. It's not much better than a phone holder. Rarely charges properly. I'll be driving for like 15 minutes and then suddenly it'll start charging.

Kohl's has a similar Car and Driver branded one on clearance for $12.50. That one includes the charger that supplies power. I haven't installed it yet, but the phone seems like it will hold fine. The bad reviews for that onr complain about the suction cup losing it's grip, if that figures into your use.

Haven't had that with this but with my ford oem charger pad I've never had working right.
