I'd love to hear from someone who actually has this. I understand the logic behind the light design but it seems like such a niche use case.

Probably no one. This product has been available on Amazon since November of 2024. There are zero reviews and now it's 50% off. Even if it was 75% off I still don't see a big use case for any one except for possible an art gallery.

Philips Hue is definitely on the pricier side, but the color accuracy and build quality are unmatched. The sync box integration is seamless if you want that immersive TV backlight experience. Standard Wi-Fi bulbs just don't compare to Zigbee's reliability once you have 20+ devices.

Couldn't agree more. The ceiling fixture prices are outrageous. I needed 3 and couldn't justify $800. I ended up with $150 worth of Govee and the app is atrocious. Would love to get 3 ceiling fixtures at a decent price so they're all the same.

Hue are so expensive when there are similar products that are half the price. The bulbs alone 💲💲.

I like Hue and all but their price models are laughable. When I need to replace some I'd have no problem using other smart bulbs at a better price point.

At this price its not a bad buy. You have three different Hue points in one fixture.🤷🏽

Yeah, but they are better than anything else and they last and work forever. I've had both sides of this, it's a judgment call. I'm glad I put in a lot of Hue over time, but I get it.
