How can I swap the pex crimp to sweat? Do they sell separately the connectors?

Yes.

You should read this as a NR3XL with two Female FIP-to-PEX adapters attached. They unscrew. You want a copper union with Brass nut, 3/4 FIP

This will not replace the hammer arrestor: much lower resonant frequency (the pressure reducer reacts too slowly to prevent hydraulic shocks). This said, this is still a great deal for a pressure valve. I have been watching this one for quite a while.

What's the benefit of this one over the 3/4" valves that are in Lowes or HD for $70-80

The last time that I needed one, I walked into both Home Dopey and Blowes and every reducer was in the $180.00 to $220.00 range.
