And usually what they do is add the cheapest forms of mass protein, like Soy Isolate or Milk Protein Concentrates just to advertise High Protein.Half of the Protein Bars are like that. Just jam it up with low quality protein and jack up the price.

Costco Organic PB + A clean whey powder is the better solution imo. Mfs added 2g protein/serving and slapped a label on it lmao
