I just cary 2 drivers, 2 putters in a mid and that nearly maxes out the bag so IMO it can do comfortably 5-6 discs. It also has a divider so I put my mid in that section with the putters/drivers in the main compartment.
The little pocket on the front is large enough to cary my phone, keys and a cliff bar and it has a side pocket for a water bottle as well. I have no complaints about it though.
