I grabbed one for the price. I've never really cared for headless guitars but I also kind of want one to keep at my desk because they're more compact. Stainless steel frets, luminlay side dots- I'm definitely going to give it a shot.

Any specific objections you have against headless?

The 25.5 scale (straight frets) is still full price. I have no interest in guitars with angled frets.

I always felt like the absence of the headstock made the neck feel less resonant while playing. Just a little "dead" compared to standard guitars. But the bigger issue is that the bridge and string retainer setup on headless guitars is always kind of frustrating. Mine is supposed to be here tomorrow so I'm hopeful it's decent. The reviews I've found online for this guitar seem to rate it well with some minor complaints about the tuning knobs.

I had a guitar with this fret profile and it was not noticeable when playing (i.e. muscle memory worked fine) and I was able to go between that guitar and any other. If you don't like them visually, that's a different story Smilie
