My only gripe is that it has had a strange quirk since day one. If I turn the fan from off to level 1 (low), it seems like it struggle and has very little output compared to if you turn it to level 3 (high) for a second or two and then back down to level 1. It is almost like it needs the momentum of being on a higher level speed to get to the full level 1 speed. It is a very strange issue and I actually meant to return it based on that alone but never did and just learned to live with it lol. I'm usually running it at level 3 anyway but on the occasion that I do run it at lower speeds, I just understand I need to crank it up and then back down to get the lower output to the correct level. Doing this is annoying for something as basic as a fan but, again, I've just understood that it is how it is so it doesn't bother me anymore. Maybe I just got a fluke unit from a bad batch. I just thought it was worth mentioning.
Other than that, it has great output. It is fragile if dropped but moreso if dropped while running (as my Stanley model can attest). If you are running it and it falls, those plastic blades are moving so fast that impacting any part of the body of the fan will shatter the blade. Those fragments can quickly shatter other blades. If you manage to get the pieces out quickly, it will almost definitely develop an annoying wobble and higher noise output even if it still pushes air. There are far more durable constructed models out there but if you aren't abusing this one, it is a great option to have on hand.
