Not sure what you mean, I can filter out 1 star reviews just fine. The common negative point is that the oxygen reading is inaccurate, providing lower values than expected.

This could be due to a poor contact or weak battery/light.

I believe Amazon removed the ability to search reviews for keywords for some people, myself included. At one point I was presented with only 8 reviews and an option to request permission to see more. I had to wait several days before the keyword search returned. Frustrating.

I have (had?) a few of 'these'. . . purchased for parents and aunts. 02 level is important when elderly folks get a cold. . difference between a doc visit or the ER. (Then of course, Covid). 😕 As they weren't often used since, I am not sure where they are! I did not get this one, but at this price, I was going to order. Reading reviews, it sounds like this won't be useful if it sits for time.

For others - if you have a short term need? Or maybe a consistent need. . . this is a good price. (Also - this is me - I prefer the white light to the red light for pulse and 02). Can a pulse-ox look nice? Smilie

Just 2 dollars more for something like this that instead of only showing an average beat count, shows the actual waveform, which is important for showing weak and or irregular beats. It also reads your Perfusion Index (PI%) which is important alongside your pulse rate & oxygen saturation (SpOâ‚‚) readings to give you a more complete picture of overall circulation quality. The reviews are also much better and there's almost 13,000 of them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R1GP...gToDp&th=1 Don't underestimate the value of seeing the actual waveform because when it only shows an average beat count, irregular, malformed and or weak beats can look "normal". Averaging or smoothing beat templates hide beat-to-beat variability. Being able to see the actual waveform shows whether intervals or morphologies truly vary.
