The only thing I disagree with him on, is that he said the seat is really comfortable and squishy. Perhaps I got a different seat but towards the end of my workout my butt is usually pretty numb. 😂

I end up returning this, it's not the whole body work out that I imagined.
Pros: easy to assemble, feels higher quality than it should for the price.
It's great size too, perfect for our home gym.

I wish I waited for Merach's R5 rower to go on sale. There is a lot of wasted/ineffective stroke movement with the Q1S's handle/pull bar being so close over the foot position. If I was taller like Training Tall's YouTube review it wouldn't be as noticeable.

I suppose it depends on how much room a person has, but we have 4 different machines, plus a dumbbell rack, plus a full enclosure, we have no more room for anything bigger. The size of this one is perfect.
To each their own though, I'm just happy there's a decent product for a decent price, with many different models for us consumers to choose from.
