  6. Copy your unique code to use your eGift card at checkout

I haven't been offered the gift cards in a couple months (Diamond level). Not sure if it made any difference, but a couple days ago I deleted the Xfinity app on my phones, made sure I was signed out of all other computers, and clicked on every deal other than "Get notified about xfinity arena deals" just to clear them out. Today I got the Dominoes gift card right after Noon EST. YMMV.

EDIT: Still not seeing the Amazon Bookshelf offer. Cleared cookies and cache, still no dice.

If you added it. The best solution is claim some other benefit, could be anything discount on Bravo merch whatever.

It should refresh the list of redeemed offers.
