If you have pets, get these! The Terro Liquid ant killer (the one you put on paper) is cheaper and works better on those tiny ants that can't climb into the stations. But unless they are where your pet can't get to it, not worth the risk.

in the grand scheme of things these are expensive for what they are, but they are convenient and they work.

They must put Ant crack in these.
I tried making my own mix of Boric acid + other ingredients and the Ants just walk around it.

Just a reminder: these will work on sugar ants but may not on protein ants. I had a colony that is chomping on fried chicken and these did not work for them. Anyway, you need to try and see.

This oozes out during summer heat/humidity, so maybe put a piece of parchment paper under.

Pets, specifically my cat, can definitely think its a toy still! I 3d printed some cases and those seem to add some protection. You can also add velcro to the case so you can have it firmly planted somewhere

Are you using cane sugar or confectioners sugar? I tried mixing those and the piles I leave end up disappearing

these are the best. My parents are old, and sometimes lazy so they sometimes have crumbs and food out, these will get rid of them and they're gone for a good while!
