This XPS 13.4 inch 3K touch laptop stands out for its premium feel, sharp display, and strong everyday performance, with the 16GB version described as a favorite computer and the deal price dropping further with My Best Buy Plus. Battery life is the main tradeoff, with a 52Wh pack that may not match the advertised endurance despite some reviewer claims of nearly 30 hours. The bigger issue is a repeated configuration mismatch, where orders and shipments often changed from 16GB to 8GB. A solid value if the correct spec arrives, but the order details need close checking.
Common Questions (4)
Several orders were changed to 8GB in the confirmation or shipping details, and some buyers received 8GB units even when the listing showed 16GB. A few were able to get a price adjustment or replacement for the 16GB version, but the configuration mismatch is a real risk.
Yes. Signing up for My Best Buy Plus reportedly triggered an immediate $100 discount, bringing the 16GB configuration down to about $599 for some buyers. One buyer also used the membership to make the deal work, though the membership cost may offset part of the savings.
The 52Wh battery is a tradeoff for the bright 3K touchscreen, so real-world battery life may be lower than advertised. Even so, reviewer-reported battery life was cited as nearly 30 hours, and one owner called it top notch overall while noting battery life could be better.
No. The storage is not expandable, so the 512GB configuration is what you keep.
